This is a recipe for Asian Beef Salad. As you can see it’s not really a salad. I tok the lettuce to create a wrap. It called for flank steak but used ground beef instead. I had that in the freezer and with the olive oil, onions and teriyaki sauce, it creates a great flavor. The finished product has onions three ways. Sautéed with the meat, raw scallions and a plain sautéed white onion. With the cheese it hits the spot and easy leftovers ready the next day.
