Dinner with Marisa I.

So I took this pic after I already started eating. The chicken is the garlic-lime chicken I had posted earlier and for the side, Baked Onions. 

The onions were from my garden. You sautéed the onions first and then added in a broth mixture and finished it off in the oven. I added in some mushrooms and they soaked up so much flavor. I would recommend not cooking them as long as the recipe calls for. They are small onions and cook fast. After a slightly burned hand from the skillet, I loved the finished product.
