My world has always revolved around food. Good food. Cheap food. Everybody loves food no matter what time of the day. Being Italian and having parents that made the kitchen the central location of our house, I was always welcome in the kitchen. Food reminds me of friends, family and good times. Visited V. Richards for the first time. A speciality food market in Birmingham (Highlands area specifically) that will be adding to my usual stops when in town.
They had wonton wrappers that I had been looking for. I have wanting to make my own homemade Asian inspired foods.
Made crab rangoons, pork and shrimp pot stickers with a soy-ginger sauce. Found the recipes on www.bigoven.com
